Could you please advice on bus services that run to Plumpton College from either Hassocks or Plumpton station or both.Also could advice on cost of these busses and also timetables.

This is quite a complicated subject! We can give you some info, but it would be best to get in touch with Plumpton College Student Services to get the full story regarding fares etc. (Tickets can be purchased termly or for 10 journeys to get the cost down.)
Apart from a few non-regular services (eg operating just a couple of times each week), the bus service to Plumpton College comprises Route 166 and Route 824. Route 166 is the primary option - it is the Lewes - Plumpton - Haywards Heath service, and Route 824 is the Lewes - Burgess Hill Village Rider service. You can download copies of the timetables for these services from www.countryliner-coaches.co.uk/timetables.asp or from www.eastsussex.gov.uk (search for ‘Bus Timetable Lewes Area’).
From all this you will soon realise that getting to Hassocks station from Plumpton is very difficult. I think people mostly use the 166 bus to get to Lewes, Plumpton or Haywards Heath stations. (NB - rail service from Plumpton is a bit limited.)
