With pubs, tea rooms and a selection of small shops on the doorstep and less than 1/2 mile from the splendour of the South Downs and Ditchling Beacon, the village is only 7 miles from both Lewes and Brighton and there are fast trains to London via Hassocks (1 mile away).

The property is all on one level with a staircase leading up from the front door on South Street so is not suitable for disabled visitors. There is a delightful and spacious living area, a superbly equipped kitchen, a separate WC, a quiet bedroom with king size bed at the garden end of the property and en-suite shower with another WC. The back door leads directly to a large patio area which follows through to a charming garden with a comfortable summerhouse where you can enjoy views to the South Downs in the company of two free range chickens.
