Residents of Ditchling are well aware of the volume and speed of traffic going through the village and surrounding roads and may like to know that they can take useful action by joining Community Speedwatch.

The Club was founded in 1818, although records show that cricket was being played in the village as early as the 1770s.

We meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7pm for 7.30pm at the Village Hall for a glass of wine and a very convivial evening.  Visitors are extremely welcome.

The Church of St Margaret of Antioch is the centrepiece of the ancient and historic village of Ditchling on the borders of East and West Sussex. The workshops were converted from the buildings of North End Farm. They are let by the Trustees of the Turner-Dumbrell Foundation to tenants who are engaged in art or craft work or who are in business for the first time.
